Technical procurement have been awarded the enabling works contract for CAPITA SYMONDS at Imperial Gate Cardiff. More deails to follow.

Technical procurement have completed the refurbishment of Cancer Research UK new offices in Oxford. The contract was undertaken over a six week period.  Cancer Research stated  that together we have created a fantastic environment in which we can deliver the very best service to our supporters.

Technical procurement have commenced the development of a suite of new basement offices at St James Chambers Manchester. The contract is over 15 weeks and will involve the excavation of the basement area and associated works.

Technical procurement have completed the contract for ARG Ltd to relocate their Maidstone workshop facilities and phase1 of their showroom refurbishment.

Discussions are also ongoing regarding a number of further sites and associated refurbishments in the south of England.

Technical procurement are acting as planning consultants for KWR Office Specialists.
