Technical Procurement have been awarded the phase 2 development of Cookies & Cream in Dunstable. Work will commence in Early 2012 with the completion scheduled for late spring.

Technical Procurement have been awarded the refurbishment of The Boadicea in Charring Cross Railway Station London for SSP UK. More details to follow.

Technical Procurement have completed a number of contracts for NoSaints in both Milton Keynes and Cardiff.

Technical Procurement have completed a refurbishment for Essence Bars Ltd in Canterbury Kent. The coffee / wine bar will cater for both the tourist trade and night life scene.

David Pickering stated that he had chosen Technical Procurement for the professional approach and attention to detail. The project was completed to programme and budget.

Technical Procurement are are now working on two London sites together with a new unit in Slough. All three schemes offer a further consolidation of our services within the leisure market.

Technical Procurement have now completed the design for the refurbishment for one of Hulls most prestigous Nightclubs. We have also commenced the preliminary design for a unit in Walsal.
