Our heating and ventilation engineers have a high degree of technical knowledge and customer satisfaction and have been in business for the last 30 years. In particular, they pride themselves in staying ahead of the ever changing developments in the regulatory legislation in Building Regulations, Low Carbon Emissions and Green Issues etc. Their association with HVAC provides them with up to date information regarding the latest technologies which we can then pass on to our clients.

They are also Accredited Certifiers which allows them to self certify their installations, removing the clients need to appoint a separate Building Control Officer.

We are also proactive in utilising the Governments ECA "Enhanced Capital Allowance" scheme on new developments or replacement infrastructure. Essentially this allows the client to claim back 100% in capital allowances for new equipment in the first year.
